When you run your Clients report from the Reseller back end, you will now see two new fields included in the report. Those fields are:<\/p>\n
Site Billing Status: You will see two possible site billing statuses for your clients, which are:<\/p>\n
Active & Paid \u2013 Site is currently active and up to date on payments.
\nActive & Billing Error \u2013 Site is currently active but it\u2019s most recent billing attempt failed and is in it’s 14 day active grace period.<\/p>\n
Next Billing Date: This sortable column will show when the next billing date for a site is.<\/p>\n
These fields will help you manage your client\u2019s current billing status so you know if there is anyone you need to contact that has a billing error and also allow you to see the information all in one place.<\/p>\n
