Your customers now have an easier way to manage your message board members and applications
Many of you asked about bulk management of message board members, so today we updated both two areas within the message board:
Manage Members
You can now delete multiple members at the same time. Just select the members and click ‘DELETE’.
Approve Applications
Accept or reject multiple member applications at the same time. Just Select the applications and click ‘ACCEPT’ or ‘REJECT’.
These two features should help make your cutomers make managing thier members a lot easier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask Support!

Are your customers tired of needing to resize their images before loading them to their sites?
No longer! We’ve rolled out a brand new image uploader this morning. Check out the new features!
Images Resize Automatically
We’ll now automatically resize any large images. Any large images are reduced in size so that the longest side is 640 pixels maximum.
Load Multiple Images at Once
Load up to 10 images at a time by holding the control button as you click! No more individual browsing.
Thumbnail Preview
You can now preview your images before you upload them with the thumbnail preview.
NOTE: The image uploader needs Adobe Flash version 10. If you don’t have flash version 10, the previous uploader is still available.
A few months ago, Easy Editor was upgraded.
We upgraded newly created pages and asked you to upgrade previously existing pages to the newest version, before site-wide changes were made.
So it’s friendly reminder time! On August 31 all pages in the system are going to be upgraded. The best way to proceed is likely for you to apply the change yourself, page by page.
What’s the Reason for Upgrade?
Cleaner code means fewer errors.
The existing editor converts text into HTML code – what we’ve done is streamlined the new editor to write more efficient code that is significantly more consistent from text to actual rendering. No extra, unnecessary code and cleaner looking pages.
Adjust the size of the editor for easier editing!
By clicking the bottom right corner, you can increase or decrease the size of the editor with just a click. That means no more scrolling to see the entire contents of your page!
Why page-by-page upgrades?
Because the old and new editors render code slightly differently, you’ll be able to catch any small discrepancies if you adjust the pages one at a time.
How is this done?
You can tell if your editor hasn’t been upgraded once you go to edit a page. There’ll be a notice at the top of the page with a link – click there and your editor will be changed over, along with your existing page content.

To allow your customers to charge more accurate pricing for order shipping, we’re upgrading our shipping feature!
Along with providing a new FedEx shipping calculator, the new shipping feature will also allow your customers to:
• Get more accurate shipping pricing through specific shipping settings, including entry points, flat rate shipping, and delivery options
• Mass manage shipping information for specific products, including weight, package dimensions, and “Ship From” locations
• Apply an account discount or handling fee for a chosen carrier
We look forward to providing this improved shipping service and have already notified your customers about the upgrades.

On April 14th at 3pm, Pacific Standard Time, we experienced a hardware failure that caused the system to go offline very briefly. We quickly shifted to backup data and were back online in a matter of minutes.
Because the hardware issue affected our real-time backup data, the data we switched over to includes all edits and changes made websites and accounts before April 14 at 12am. This means that any adjustments made between 12am and 3pm PST are no longer in place, including orders that were made during that time.
We are now in the process of contacting affected customers personally to help resolve this issue and recover orders that are no longer showing in their accounts.
We sincerely apologize for any problems this technical issue has caused. We want you to know that a situation like this has never occurred in our ten-year history, that we are carefully investigating why it happened, and that we will be putting measures in place to make sure that it never happens again.
